Methods of Process

You can choose from 3 different ways of processing your placenta. You can choose both an encapsulation method and the homoeopathic remedy, as only a very small amount of the placenta is used for the homeopathic tincture. 

  1. Capsules by TCM Placenta Encapsulation
    TCM Placenta Encapsulation is inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine.  This method of preparation involves cleaning the placenta, gently heating and then dehydrating the placenta before it is ground and put into capsules. Using this preparation is thought to bring out the placentas healing and tonifying properties.

  2. Capsules by Raw Placenta Encapsulation
    RAW Placenta Encapsulation skips the heating process altogether. Raw food advocates believe that steaming the placenta destroys some of the essential nutrients. Placenta capsules made with this method provide a burst of energy up front and great hormone stabilization.

  3. Homeopathic Tincture
    Using part of your placenta to make a Homoeopathic Placenta Tincture enables you to reap the benefits of your placenta many years into the future. Some of the benefits for the mother include hormone stabilization and energy  in her postpartum cycles, less bleeding during those cycles, and constitutional support in the menopause years down the road. The placenta is a rich source of stem cells and contains both the mother and child’s strengths and weaknesses. Treating the individual with this highly personalised remedy will provide balance when there is imbalance. It will be an excellent immune and constitutional remedy throughout the child’s entire life.

Encapsulation is performed under the strictest conditions of cleanliness. I have a Certificate 4 in Contribute to OHS Processes, and a Certificate 2 in Food Safety Procedures: Hospitality / Tourism / Retail / Transport & Distribution (completed Units of Competency: SITXOHS002A / SITXFSA001A).

The processed placenta is encased in vegetable capsules.

- Non-animal: suitable for vegetarians
- Physically stable over wide temperature and humidity ranges
- Preservative free, allergen free, starch free, gluten free
- Kosher and Halal Certified
- K-Caps are manufactured in Canada or America.

Most placentas yield between 120 –150 capsules, a 2—3 month supply if taken twice daily.

The capsules will be posted within 72 hours of receipt of the placenta. The homeopathic remedy will be posted back within 6—7 weeks.
